To achieve this goal, the company is actively upgrading and expanding its refining capacity of sales and production of petrochemical network. The ambitious program for the modernization of oil refining capacities in the Netherlands oil industry, which includes the fulfilment of the Company’s obligations under the quadripartite agreement.
